Traffic light holding red too long.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6419948.

Huge queues on this road now since work started on road surfacing and changes to layout. It appears the timings of the traffic lights have changed and this has had a huge effect on traffic and congestion in surrounding areas especially A167 heading westbound.
