Our property borders the motorway and Ivy is growing over our boundary fence.

    We act only when vegetation causes a legal nuisance to neighbouring properties. This means a nuisance that is actionable in law. For example, when trees/vegetation are actually touching buildings and causing direct damage. You are entitled to cut back any vegetation encroaching onto your property. Safely returning cuttings to National Highways Land.
