Why the hell have you altered your running situation for getting people out of emergency requires, you are putting lives at risk by not putting a red X to help them rejoin safely you are a joke but , I hope no one has to loose there live before you are prosecuted n things are changed I am disgusted in the actions of ypur staff, I am going to fetch this up with my MPs to get you to sort your heads out
