Lantern Spigot snapped - Lantern hanging

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6405158.

Lantern on the column on Weeford Interchange just off the SB entry slip to A38 is hanging. The lantern spigot appears to be broken and the lantern is hanging downwards
