1921a and b are broken on motorway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6403718.

The motorway warning speed boxes are broken and positioned at an angle currently in the middle of motorway. If there is an incident these type of signs would flash with 4orange lights. They need replacing and repositioned.

    We can advise this section of the road is in the process of being detrunked and passed back to local authority, this is why the signals in the area are currently like this.
