To enter the roundabout from mill street to A49 southbound you cannot safely give way to the right when driving onto the roundabout as the road sign totally obscures visibility because of it's position. The car drivers view is totally obscured making this extremely dangerous

Reported via mobile in the Sign Obscured (NH) category anonymously at 22:03, Monday 26 August 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6400700.

The sigh needs to be raised significantly or to be taken back so that the car driver can have clear visibility in order to enter the roundabout. Alternatively the sign needs to be completely removed and relocated before the junction on the left hand side. The sign is currently on the triangular raised area at/on the junction.
