Traffic lights fallen onto road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6399276.

The set of traffic lights has fallen into the road blocking a lane (looks like something crashed into it) blocking the lane heading east ound on the A27. Only blocking one lane other lights still working so traffic is moving but is causing congestion as 2 lanes have to merge to 1
