Dsngerously sunken road

Reported via Android in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 11:53, Mon 26 August 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6398741.

Adjacent to the M20 J91.4 sign on the coast boundary exit of Junction 10a. There is a strip of the road surface, whole width of the sliproad, which is where the two sections of the road have parted due to one part having sunk slightly. This is extremely dangerous as there is enough of a 'ramp' as to cause cars to have to slow down to avoid damage to vehicles. This is just about manageable when the road is empty, but extremely unsettling when you have a 40t lorry directly behind.

It is amazing that this road hasn't been built for a long time and it appears that one part has settled and basically split across the road.

This needs urgent attention before a serious accident happens.
