Is lighting being replaced soon?

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6397071.

Most of the lighting at this area doesn't work but I've heard that they may be being replaced this week one night. If this is the case then this report will be out of date by next week. could you just confirm that they are for me. Thanks
