August Bank Holiday: The Pothole Returns IV

There are numerous flags here, but I am not sure how recent they are. It is the August Bank Holiday weekend, the pothole has returned for the fourth, may be fifth, time. It needs immediate attention, it is large/deep and people are swerving onto the other side of the road to avoided it
