Fence damaged and livestock risk of getting onto M4

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6389192.

The fencing on the boundary of the M4 against farmland to the north is dilapidated and urgently needs replacing. Animals are kept in this field and are at risk of escaping onto the highway. The worst damaged area is north of the M4, east of Junction 15, between the What3Words points ///cats.insect.enjoyable and ///number.tree.game
