The LED display is faulty missing letters, countdown markers towards the slip

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6388398.

The LED sign is not displaying correctly “ que head” missing letters, also the countdown marks towards the slip road to M25 shrubs are blockothr signals
