Waiting times are exceptional

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6382094.

The waiting times at these lights are very long. This is leading to long tail backs on the A52 both ways. The local bus was queuing from Bassingfield to get through last night at 18.15.The traffic is queuing back to the R S P C A lights the other way.
