Vegetation

Reported via mobile in the Sign Obscured (NH) category by Nick Austen at 17:04, Tue 20 August 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6379626.

The M20 between jct 9-10 and 10-9 is in an atrocious state. Most of the major signs are obscured by vegetation. Most of the marker posts and marker boards are again either obscured by vegetation or dirty one board is facing the wrong way. I appreciate long term roadworks are in place but as ops brock seems to be a permanent fixture then surely proper fixed signs should be in place not the multiple either empty sign stands and or the ones in use. The purple trunking for cabling Secured to wooden stakes seems to be a permanent fixture. And litter at jct 10 well bigger belief.

Updates

  • Why are there no lights on the m20?

I have recently started a job in ashford and this makes the journey difficult and unsafe. This feels more like a 3rd world country than the UK. I pay numerous taxes to be able to get from A to Z safely.

Who is responsible for this moronic decision?
