M5 post 10.5 B sign above info board not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6376134.

The information display board at 10.5 B on M5 is not displaying anything. The lights flash in the corners and the other speed restriction signs on the gantry work but the information display does not.
