Street light not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6372946.

It is sited on the part of the Ring Road, running from St Mark's Roundabout ( North ) towards the Southampton Rd ( in the South ). And, more accurately, on the North-bound carriageway, outside a row of houses on The Greencroft, where my Postcode is SP1 1JD, roughly opposite to the junction with Kelsey Rd .
