Electronic sign is flashing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6369445.

Electronic sign saying ‘channel bound freight M20 only’ is flashing constantly and can be seen from a distance. Very distracting for all drivers. Worried that this may trigger epileptic fit in those susceptible.
