Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6359524.

This bike has been chained to the parapet for over 4 years it is the only entrance to the village many residents don’t feel comfortable with the constant reminder of the suicides carried out here, it causes some anxiety. Also I am concerned it provides and opportunity for children to climb on and fall over the adjacent rails. I would like it removed
