40 mile per hour solar signs are not working

The signs either end of the village seem to be missing their screens to warn drivers of the 40mile speed limit? A49 Peterstow, Herefordshire.

    We have investigated the 40 mile per hour solar signs that was displayed on the A49. The sign is not National Highway asset. The local authority is responsible for maintenance issues of this nature on this road.
