Flap Valve Stuck Open

I work for the Environment Agency, we were surveying flood defence assets in the area on Friday and noted that your drain's flap valve is stuck in a slightly open position. I believe it is asset ref: NZ3025_5561a. The area is prone to flooding and wanted to make you aware in case there is a risk of backflow up the drainage system and then a surface water risk to the A1.
