Red and Amber light not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6341289.

The traffic light that controls traffic turning right into woolcomber street from the main carriage way is broken. The red and amber does not work. Also the traffic light that controls traffic from woolcomber street into the main carriageway has been hit and twisted to an angle, so it is not inline with the oncoming traffic.
