Undergrowth cut back not completed

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 11:55, Friday 9 August 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6335998.

The service road adjacent to the A12 southbound between Bentley Hall Lane and the Capel St Mary underpass ; work has been carried out to partly trim back the vegitation in the verge but litter was not removed beforehand and consequently the litter has been shredded into small pieces which will be virtually impossible to pick up ,whilst has been partly cut back a wide strip along the fence line has not been cut which prevents inspection of the fence , the drainage channel has not been cleaned out the gullies are blocked by soil and the verge . I am aware that working on a road likes the A12 requires significant traffic management therefore it seems illogical for only part of the job to be completed during one visit to site. Please complete the job that has been started.
