Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6334970.

The controller box for the traffic signals is overgrown preventing access. we requre 24/7 access to the box as if the traffic signal wer to go all out then we would be unable to get them back on if we do not have access causing a risk to life
