There are more tyres now that have been deposited on the embankment of the M11 on land that is designated as owned by National Highways inso far as the tyres are between the fence erected and recently maintained/repaired by National Highways staff and the Northbound carriageway of the M11 (between Junction 4 and 5 of the M11 and at the juntion of the Roding Lane Bridge and the M11) . I think that the number of tyres is approximately 200, In my view, therehere is a significant danger/risk that any one tyre becomes dislodged in the pile and rolls straight down the embankment and into the path of Northbound motorway traffic. We first advised you of the problem four weeks ago and as neigbours would advise that the pile of tyres be removed. As neighbouring residents (I live at New Barns Farm), we do not have authority to remove the tyres as we assume it would sconstitute an act of trespass. I reported this matter again today to a gentleman called Dan in your Customer ervices Centre who gave me an incident number 1886-020924. He also claimed that the matter had not been previously reported but, as can be seen from this e-mail train, it was originally reported on August 9th 2024. I can supply photos of the tyres if you wish. My e-mail is martinflah@aol.com and my mobile number is 07768173826.
