Pot hole next to cats eye causing puncture

Hi there I’ve just got back off holiday and before it 25th July I was going on my motorcycle from the 3rd lane to the second lane (2 miles before the exit) and heard a massive bang/pop and my tyre got slashed by the uneven cats eye and pothole on my back tyre and the condition of this part of the motorway is littered with potholes and it’s hard enough dodging them and looking for dodgy cats eyes in the road. I had to walk my bike 6 miles and while I was on holiday I got my back tyre and inner tube fixed and it cost me £209! This part of the motorway obviously hasn’t been maintained well enough and I have pictures from my tyre and a witness that was following behind me and helped me get to safety on the hard shoulder. Please can you sort this problem out as I have videos and pictures of the place it happened. I would like to claim this money back as it was dangerously unmaintained properly.
