Dear Sir/Madam,

Our access/egress route to our development site (LPA Ref: 21_00516) has a visibility issue relating to tree/hedge growth along the A46 highway route NGR: SO [phone removed] (What 3 words: hike.hoops.safety). The Tree growth has occurred over the last 12-24 months. We would like to arrange for this to be cut back as this may pose a health and safety risk for our future vehicle movements.

If required, we would be willing to arrange for these works to be completed via a competent tree surgeon with National Highways permission to proceed.

Please can you confirm who to contact in this regard.
