Decimated surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6319996.

On the continual left turn onto the entry slip, the surface (anti slip) is absolutely shot to pieces! Length span of approx 10m and a depth of approx 6inch. The damage is highly dangerous is will inevitably be the cause of an incident. The surface has been in its current condition for at least 7 months.
