Man jumping in carriage way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6289751.

On Friday 5th July at approximately 11am a man with a grey hs2 hat of slim build and I think he had a goatee beard was in the central reservation M6 water orton gesturing to me to beep my horn and jumping up and down. This was utterly Stupid as it distracted me and it could have caused a RTA. I have been a lorry driver for 20 years and and have never seen something so ridiculously stupid in my whole career. I reported this on the day and nobody has contacted me
