Shambolic vegre cutting, litter/debris everywhere

The mess you've created after cutting the vegetation along this road is absolutely horrendous. Why do you not carry out litter picking as part of the verge cutting? You must know that there is going to be tons of debris and litter that is going to be shredded everywhere. The lay-by on the westbound carriageway at this pinned location is particularly bad.
This work is quite frankly shambolic and paid for by tax payers. There are also far more important work you should be prioritising such as the awful amount of potholes everywhere.
Your constant disregard for the environment is particularly concerning. Whoever signs this verge cutting work off as acceptable should be ashamed.
