40 mph limit northbound for 3.5 weeks

It looks like the new lighting has been completed. Why are we still subjected to a 40 mph limit, Northbound.

    We have been experiencing intermittent issues with the traffic signals at the tunnel. To ensure safety of the travelling public, we’ve had to implement a reduction to the speed limit whilst we work on rectifying the issue and undertake the necessary testing to ensure the system is stable. We expect this work to be completed by mid-August. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
