M40(N) J3A Off-Slip Gantry Sign not Working

The M40(N) off-slip at J3A (joining M42(N)) has two lanes. The gantry is located on the fly-over part of the slip. The overhead electronic sign above lane one is not working. The sign above lane two is working and the VMS board is working.
