Litter and old roadwork equipment

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6276240.

Months gone by, litter and old roadworks equipment still present.

Let's try and keep this area clean and tidy and hold those contractors responsible for leaving their stuff behind. Hopefully if a process is in place and proper maintenance planned, I won't need to constantly report issues.
