Overgrown weeds and broken glass on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 12:15, Thursday 25 July 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6274723.

The pathway down the A5 starting from the racecourse down to the Olive Tree is incredibly overgrown with weeds that block the pavement in some places. It makes it difficult if there are two people walking in the opposite direction, as one person has to stand on the grass verge to let the other person past. There are also shards of glass from broken beer bottles in some parts. I regularly walk my dog along this path and have to carry him over some parts of the pavement due to the broken glass
