Replace wooden fence with Armco barrier

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6268331.

At junction of Middlestoke/A36. Wooden fence no protection for 20 foot drop onto Middlestoke below. Recently a car went through fence landing on parked cars below. Luckily driver survived and no pedestrians were walking below. To my knowledge an artic cement truck has done the same in past, with trailer hanging over Middlestoke. Surprisingly rest of hill has Armco so why not where it really is needed! Suggest Armco added during upcoming 6 month A36 closure. Thank you.
