Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6267079.

The tarmac is collapsing around a manhole cover used by BT. The cover has been marked with white paint, so clearly BT are aware of the problem. I believe that this problem has already been reported but no corrective action has been taken. The result is a very noisy environment and any help you can give would be much appreciated.

  • There is a lot of adverse local feeling regarding this intrusive noise pollution. It appears that BT is totally ignoring the fault. Have you had an acknowledgement? Our problem is that we do not know who to speak to.
