Traffic light obscured by tree

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6261276.

The light on the end of the northbound exit slip road is sat inside a tree. The whole roundabout is a mess, there is litter and overgrowth everywhere, its very difficult to see safely as you manoeuvre around the junction.
