Overgrown tree dangerous to my property

Reported this overgrown tree several times and no one has attended to view tge issue. The tree is situated down the embankment overlooking my property and has become so large it is now leaning over my fence. If this was to fall as tge one behind it has then it would damage my property.in addition the debris in autumn falls on my land in great quantities. Mt garden plants are suffering from lack of light and my lawn has mini trees growing . I am requesting this tree be felled or at the least trimmed down.
