No planks to stand on. Structure wobbly and overgrown. Basically there is no longer a stile here and the gate is locked.

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways about the condition of the stile.

    However, this isn't owned or maintained but with with the adjacent landowner who has a responsibility to maintain the Public Right of Way across their land, which includes the stile which is part of the fence-line.

    Please contact your local authority Public Right of Way officers who can carry out enforcement on the landowner.
