Disgusting [portable loo] at layby

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6255015.

Layby heading south towards exit to pembury off a21 and towards kippings cross roundabout. The horrible [portable loo] is an eyesore. Why can't the laybys be looked after and proper cutting, and proper bins be put in place? Have you been to France? ALL areas are well looked after and maintained. Its 5 times the size and the landscapes are always maintained.
