M27 East J8-9 Overhead gantry faulty

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6252736.

The overhead gantry (marked 9281A) between M27 junction 8 to 9 eastbound is partly faulty. The variable speed signs over lanes 1 and 3 do not display anything, even when lanes 2 and 4 show a variable speed limit. This seems to be causing a lot of confusion and people speeding up/slowing down erratically.
