Major road sign falling apart and parts become unreadable

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6251633.

Due to the sign being made up on multiple parts it’s starting to separate and become unreadable. Unfortunately the same is true of many in the area, which lead to poor motorist guidance and look awful.
