The cover plate is missing and Liv wires are showing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6249543.

There is a plate missing, which covers the wires and anybody can put their hands in. Think this is a major issue please could you have somebody look at this to Fixl? Thank you.
