The path surface is not suitable.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6246083.

The path (replacing another path) surface has degraded into mud and was no longer suitable for cycling. This path should be a proper bridleway and it would be very dangerous for cyclists to take a diversion along the main dual carriageway.
