Obscured by a hard sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6243895.

At the 300yd marker for J17 clockwise there is a diversion sign obscuring the 300yd marker sign. The diversion sign has been in place for over 2 weeks now and I do believe it has been left behind from prior roadworks. The diversion sign itself is also causing issues at the top of the slip at J17 as people are coming off thinking they have to and changing lanes last minute at the top of the slip.
