Road surface breaking

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6239593.

On the other east bound carriageway after the Tollpuddle slip road until the Bere Regis off take the inside lane has sections that are breaking up, some sections have been repaired, the sections between these are now disintegrating.
