Blocked Drain growing large weeds

This section of the A5 suffered from flooding issues and the drainage system was rebuilt at significant cost. Most of the drains in this section are blocked and some like the one the picture are growing a healthy crop of weeds. They need unblocking before flooding reoccurs. It is disappointing that proper maintenance does not occur following large capital schemes.
