Dangerous massive dip in the road surface

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 10:44, Tuesday 16 July 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6235133.

There is a massive dip on the entry to the slip road here. This is causing cars to go slowly over the dip which leaves very little time to then accelerate to join the A34 safely (the slip road was already too short to begin with), which is then causing many dangerous situations. I have witnessed many near misses, and have seen collisions occur due to this issue. The bump is also getting worse. If it is not resolved serious injury and death is likely to occur.
