Obscuring the traffic signals at m60 j17 c/w exit slip

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6234139.

The tree's are completly blocking the traffic signal on the exit slip causing a danger to life as drivers dont know when to stop or go.
