A1 RCS missing NB just after A605 junction 17

Reported via desktop in the Damage to Sign (NH) category anonymously at 17:15, Monday 15 July 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6232638.

The A1 junction of the A605, has an RCS on one carriageway (SB) respectively but not the other carriageway, which is inconsistent.

Given there is no RCS northbound between Alconbury (A1307/Huntingdon) and Wansford (A47) (for 16 miles passing 3 intermediary junctions including the A605). With also lots of new traffic from Northampton and Peterborough is joining the A1 here north, for drivers on the A1, it also serves as confirmation that we have passed the Peterborough turn off, with the destinations of Stamford, Grantham and Newark being highlighted.

One should be included here.
