Vegetation obscuring view for pulling out of Stanley Close

Reported via iOS in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 16:43, Monday 15 July 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6232480.

Overgrown bushes are obscuring the view of oncoming traffic when trying to pull out. This is already a dangerous junction and this is making is considerably more so as it increases the risk of not seeing a car travelling at speed along the A34 when trying to pull out of Stanley Close. The problem is not as acute for HGVs, since they are visible over the top for now, as in picture. Picture taken on foot from pavement so doesn’t completely reflect the view when in a car and trying to pull out.
